Criteria of submission
Applicants must have submitted at least one (1) abstract for oral presentation for the congress.
Applicants must have their supporting documents (as below) available at the time of application.
Applicants will be notified of the results of their application after the abstract results are released.
If you are coming from outside of Malaysia, please ensure that your passport is at least six months valid.
Successful applicants will be advised on the registration process after the release of results.
The grant will be only eligible for those applicants with accepted abstracts.
All grant recipients must attend all 3 days of the conference. They must also present their free paper oral presentation and attend the Closing Ceremony.
Terms and Conditions
Submitting a Travel Grant application does not guarantee acceptance of the application nor the acceptance of the abstract.
This grant is non-transferable. If the grant recipient could not attend the meeting after accepting the grant, they must write to the Secretariat before 15th May 2024. The grant will then be given to the next deserving candidate.
This grant does not include ISCD Course.
The Organising Committee have the rights to withdraw the grant without advance notice in the event of extenuating circumstances beyond their control.
The Review Committee’s decision is final and no correspondence will be made by the reviewer in relation to their decision
